All ADR Private Court costs are split equally amongst the parties unless otherwise stipulated. A 50% deposit is required on booking of the hearing. Arrangements for payment of the remaining cost must be made prior to proceedings.

Travel time, mileage and room rental for all procedures are additional. If represented by a lawyer, parties are responsible for their own legal fees.

Two-party mediation
For one day or part thereof: $3000/divided amongst parties. For each additional party to the action: $500 per day. This includes the hearing and all preparation.

Arbitration
For one day or part thereof: $4000/divided amongst parties. This includes preparation, hearing and writing of decision.

Med-Arb
For one day or part thereof: $4000/divided amongst parties. This includes preparation, hearing and writing of decision.

Cancellation fees
If cancelled between 35 and 28 days before the scheduled date: $1,000 per scheduled day.

If cancelled between 27 and 14 days before the scheduled date: $1,250 per scheduled day.

If cancelled between13 days and 2 days before the scheduled date: $1,500 per scheduled day.

If cancelled less than 2 days before the scheduled date: $2,200 per scheduled day.

* Accounts are net 30 days and thereafter interest at 6% per annum is charged.
* All parties are jointly and severally liable for all cancellation fees (including those for room rentals).
